Delivery Information

Budget Appliances currently delivers products directly to the following counties only:

• Louth

• Meath

• Dublin

All deliveries are carried out by our own team and are subject to a flat delivery fee of €25.

If you live outside these counties, all is not lost, you have two options:

1.    Collect in person – you are welcome to arrange collection of your product from our premises.

2.    Use your own courier – you may book and pay for your own courier service to collect the item on your behalf.

Please note:

• If you collect the item yourself or use your own courier, you are responsible for the safe transport of the item once it leaves our premises.

• If you later decide to cancel your order (change of mind), you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item back to us.

• If you believe the product is faulty or not as described, please contact us directly by SMS or WhatsApp on 00353 85 858 1810 and we will work with you to resolve the issue. In these cases, we will initially cover the cost of return. However, all returned items are inspected by our engineers. If it is determined that the product was:

  • damaged after delivery,

  • misused, incorrectly installed,

  • or found to match the description provided at the time of sale,
    then the return will not be accepted under the faulty goods policy and you may be responsible for the cost of collection and return.
