You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date you receive your goods.
Once you notify us of your decision to cancel, you then have 14 more days to return the goods to us.
This means you may have up to 28 days in total from the date you received your goods to return them.

Unless the item is faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods (or proof of postage).
All of our appliances are refurbished and tested to a high standard before being offered for sale. We follow the PAS 141 EU Standard for the re-use of electrical goods, and every product is given a unique tracking number with a full repair and testing record. Each appliance is signed off by an engineer, cleaner, QC inspector, and PAT tester before being listed for sale.
This process ensures that your product is fully functional and that any cosmetic marks or defects are clearly described and shown in the product photos.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty or not as described, you will be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on what is most appropriate.
In these cases, we will initially cover the cost of returning the item to us. However, all returned items are inspected by our engineers. If it is determined that the product was:
damaged after delivery,
misused, incorrectly installed,
or found to match the description provided at the time of sale,
then the return will not be accepted under the faulty goods policy and you may be responsible for the cost of collection and return.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
